  • 1-1/2” nom.,  Sched. 40, black plastic sleeve covers top header of bike rack
  • 1” nom.,  Sched. 40, ASTM A500, welded seamless-steel pipe for posts
  • 3/8” x 3” H.R. steel flat-bar for base of ends

Fabrication:
  • All metallurgical joints are MIG welds
  • Rear side of posts are partially welded to allow venting during the galvanization process
  • Bike-Rail Coupler Units™ are used to butt-join bike racks over 18’-1” long

Standard Finishes:
  • Black thermoplastic powder coating 8 to 10 mils thick
  • Hot-dipped galvanized

Options:
  • Version 8: posts on 8” ctrs. and no black plastic sleeve on top header quoted on request
  • Subtract $ 270.00 for Economy In-ground Mounted models with straight ends
