1-1/2" nom.,  Sched. 40, abrasion-resistant, black plastic sleeve covers top header
1" nom.,  Sched. 40, ASTM A500, welded seamless-steel pipe for posts
3/8" x 3" H.R. steel flat-bar for base of ends
Fabrication: All metallurgical joints are MIG welds
Rear side of posts are partially welded to allow venting during the galvanization process
Bike-Crib Coupler Units™ are used to butt-join bike racks over 18"-1" long
Standard Finishes: *Black thermoplastic powder coating 10 to 20 mils thick is the default finish
Options: Colored thermoplastic powder-coating topcoats 10 to 20 mils thick quoted upon request
Stainless-steel construction with satin finish quoted upon request
Hot-dipped galvanized
